Here at Georgie World, we believe we have found the perfect combination of eclectic, comfortable and witty designs that keep our tots looking like the adorable and roguish creatures they are.

We use our Southern California lifestyle as a design influence by infusing our clothing with the colors of the beach, the style of the surf punks, and the retro modern attitude of the local hipsters.

Georgie World is created with a combination of tops and bottoms that mix and match, as well as many items that stand on their own. Our fabrics are soft, colorful and always wash and wear. Welcome to Georgie World.

Bethany Scott Herwegh

Bethany Scott Herwegh’s childhood consisted of reading Vogue by age 7 and raiding vintage stores by age 13. She always knew a life-long obsession with clothing would prepare her for something big, she just didn’t know it would come in such small sizes.

With a whimsical creativity and entrepreneurial spunk, Bethany chased her passion for several years, working in Hollywood wardrobe departments and working for such fashionistas such as Trina Turk and Nanette Lepore. In 2002, Bethany was blessed with her first child, Mason. As a mother, Bethany felt obligated to dress the young scamp, but found the choices for Mason’s attire to be less than satisfactory. In 2004, Bethany had a second son, Toby. Again, she found herself dressing her children in the same old tired baby basics. After noticing three boys at the park in the exact same outfits as her sons, Bethany swore to find something better, even it meant creating the clothes herself. Turns out, that’s exactly what needed to be done to satisfy her clever imagination and retro-modern sensibility.

And so, in 2006, she created Georgie World - a place where moms could go to find eclectic, comfortable and witty clothing for their kids.
